One thousand slaves in Sudan could be redeemed and set free RIGHT NOW --

But in just a few days, it could be forever too late!

Right now, the cattle camps are gathered with slaves and livestock in southern Sudan. But in less than 30 days, they will migrate north as the rainy season begins.

Right now, the Muslim slave owners are willing to trade slaves for medicine they need for their cattle. But in less than 30 days, they will return to the north, with these slaves still in captivity.

Right now, we can provide the medicine in trade for the slaves and help set them free! But in less than 30 days, this window of opportunity will slam shut.

Many of the slaves are black African Christians -- full citizens of Sudan -- who have been illegally abducted and forced into servitude where they are treated far worse than any animal.

Among them are little boys like Santino Garang.

Santino was abducted at just 7 years old, beaten, starved and forced to work in the fields tending the cattle.

One Sunday morning when he stopped to sing Christian hymns outside a church, some of the camels he was supposed to guard ran away.

Santino’s owner, enraged at the boy for losing the camels, nailed his hands and feet to a board — to crucify him — and poured acid over his legs. The boy was left to die!

Thank God, the slave owner’s son secretly fed Santino and took him for medical treatment. Eventually, a Christian group like Bridge of Hope redeemed the now-crippled slave and returned him to his home village.

There are thousands like Santino all across Sudan.

The news says peace agreements have been signed between the warring parties in Sudan, and that may be good news -- but the fighting and destruction have not stopped, and peace agreements do nothing to set free people who have been enslaved in Sudan FOR YEARS, EVEN DECADES!
